If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our website or purchasing any services. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose and to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You further agree not to misuse the website in any manner that may impair its performance, corrupt its content, compromise its security, or attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas. You accept full responsibility for any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms.

Our revision policy is designed to ensure complete client satisfaction. The number of revisions available depends on the package you select. We provide revisions in accordance with your package details without additional charges, provided the original design concept remains unchanged. Revision requests typically take 48 to 72 hours for logo and website design updates, while video animation revisions may require 3 to 5 business days. Timelines for software, mobile applications, games, and digital marketing strategies may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the requested changes. Once a design concept has been finalized and approved, any further major modifications or concept changes will be treated as a new order and billed accordingly.

Turnaround time refers to the estimated time required to deliver initial design concepts after receiving a complete creative brief. For most logo design orders, initial concepts are delivered within 24 to 48 business hours. Website development timelines vary based on project scope; a standard static website of five to seven pages typically requires three to five business days after final design approval. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Delays in submitting required project information may result in a hold on the project timeline.

To streamline communication and collaboration, American Logo Maker may utilize project management tools that allow clients to communicate directly with their assigned project manager. Clients may receive an invitation to access a secure portal where they can review progress, provide feedback, and monitor project updates. It is the client’s responsibility to respond in a timely manner to ensure smooth project completion.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for eligible design services. If you are not satisfied with the initial mockups delivered, you may request a refund in accordance with our refund guidelines. Refund requests must be submitted formally through our customer support team. Refund processing may take up to 20 to 25 business days depending on banking procedures. However, refunds will not be granted if a special or custom package has been selected, if the primary design concept has been approved, if revisions have already been requested beyond the initial concepts, if cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to our service quality, if there has been no client communication for more than two weeks, if another designer or agency has been engaged for the same project, if the creative brief lacked essential information, or if a complete concept change has been requested after approval. Refunds are also not applicable after seven days from the date of purchase. Services including but not limited to SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content writing, hosting, and domain registration are non-refundable. Processing and service fees charged at the time of purchase are also non-refundable.

In the case of website development projects, refunds will not be entertained once the design has been approved and the development phase has commenced. If a client purchases a bundled package and requests a refund for a specific service within the bundle, only that particular service will be considered for refund eligibility, not the entire package.

If a client fails to respond to project updates or revision requests within 90 days, the project will be considered closed. American Logo Maker will have no further obligation to continue the project, and any re-initiation may be subject to additional fees at our discretion.

Upon issuance of a refund, the client forfeits all rights to use any design concepts or materials created by American Logo Maker. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with American Logo Maker unless full payment has been received and a formal transfer of ownership has been completed.

We maintain a strong commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction. Our team works diligently to ensure that every design is original, well-researched, and professionally crafted. While revisions are provided according to your selected package, our goal is to exceed your expectations and deliver creative work that aligns with your brand vision.

Completed orders are delivered to the email address or account specified at the time of purchase, along with a confirmation notification. Standard delivery timelines vary according to package selection, with a minimum processing time of two business days for most services. For urgent requirements, clients are encouraged to contact our support team directly.

American Logo Maker maintains records of finalized designs for reference purposes. In the event that files are misplaced, we may be able to provide the finalized version upon verification.

Our customer support team is available to assist you with inquiries and project-related concerns. For security reasons, we are only responsible for communications conducted through our official website domains and authorized contact channels. We are not liable for damages resulting from communication through unauthorized third-party platforms or contact details not listed on our official website.

American Logo Maker reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate services or agreements at its sole discretion when deemed necessary. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
